This policy explains how Shopify Access Check ("we", "us", or "the service") handles information when you use cal.dreamgerai.top.

Information we process

• Scan information: the public storefront URL you submit, publicly available page content needed to run the scan, and the generated accessibility report.
• Technical information: IP addresses and request metadata may be processed for rate limiting, security, diagnostics, and infrastructure logs.
• Anonymous usage events: we log a small set of product events (page view, scan started, checkout link clicked) with a timestamp and, where relevant, the scan identifier. These events do not include your IP address, account identifiers, or cookies, and are used only to measure whether the free scan and checkout flow are working, not for advertising or cross-site tracking.
• Purchase information: checkout identifiers, product, amount, currency, and payment status received from Creem. We do not receive or store your card, bank, or wallet credentials.
• Support information: messages and contact details you send to our support address.

How we use information

We use this information to run scans, deliver and restore reports, verify purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use scan data for advertising.

Public storefront data

The service accepts only public web pages. Reports may contain selectors and short markup excerpts as technical evidence. Do not submit private, credentialed, or confidential URLs.

Service providers

We share information only as needed with infrastructure and security providers and with Creem, our merchant of record, for checkout, tax, fraud prevention, and payment support. Creem handles payment information under its own privacy terms.

Retention and security

Scan records are stored so reports can be delivered and revisited. Security and access logs may be retained by our infrastructure providers. We use access controls, HTTPS, limited server permissions, and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You may request deletion of a scan or support record by contacting us with enough information to identify it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We will verify requests where necessary and respond as required by applicable law.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, transfers are protected using appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

Children

The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
