Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Shopify Access Check at cal.dreamgerai.top. By submitting a scan or purchasing a report, you agree to them.
The service
Shopify Access Check scans publicly accessible Shopify storefront pages for automatically detectable accessibility issues and produces technical evidence and remediation directions. We do not access Shopify admin accounts, install overlays, or modify storefronts.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be legally able to enter a contract and may scan only public pages. You may use the service for stores you own, manage, develop, or are otherwise authorized to assess. You must not use it to probe private systems, evade security controls, overload the service, or violate another party's rights or applicable law.
Free and paid reports
- Free scan: $0, one public page, three highest-priority detectable findings, and a manual testing checklist.
- Full report: $29 as a one-time purchase, covering up to five representative Shopify page types, all automatically detected findings, evidence, fix directions, and print-to-PDF output.
- Re-scan: one re-scan of the same store is included within 30 days of purchase and can be requested through support.
There is no subscription. Checkout, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment processing are handled by Creem as merchant of record. Paid processing starts after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery
Reports are generated online after a scan or confirmed purchase. Scan time depends on the target store, availability, and third-party resources. If a paid report cannot be delivered, contact support and we will investigate or apply the Refund Policy.
Automated-check limitations
Reports are technical triage, not legal advice, certification, a VPAT, or a complete WCAG conformance audit. Automated tools cannot detect every accessibility barrier, and a result with no detected violations does not prove compliance.
You are responsible for manual testing, professional review where appropriate, remediation decisions, and compliance obligations that apply to your organization.
Intellectual property and names
The service, interface, and original report presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use and share reports for the assessed store. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc.; Shopify Access Check is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, limit, or suspend the service to protect users and infrastructure. We may update features and these terms, but changes will not remove paid report access already delivered without a valid operational or legal reason.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid report will not exceed the amount you paid for that report. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
